Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to pursue and obtain accreditation for the Conservation and Resources Enforcement Program from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. by June 30, 2029.

Appropriates general revenues to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to fund the pursuit and obtaining of accreditation (specific amount not specified in bill text).

Restores an accreditation requirement that was inadvertently repealed in 2021 when Act 183, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, repealed section 134-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Recognizes that the Honolulu and Maui police departments are already accredited by this commission, and that the sheriff division of the department of public safety is required to obtain such accreditation.
