Appropriates funds to the Department of Land and Natural Resources' State Historic Preservation Division for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to develop a comprehensive statewide inventory of historic properties and burial sites (specific dollar amounts not filled in).

Funds shall support state-of-the-art archaeological surface surveys using remote sensing, aerial, and satellite imagery to identify historic sites.

Funds shall support collection of data regarding the locations of burial sites and development of an inventory of historic buildings, structures, and other properties.

Addresses the legislature's finding that lack of comprehensive statewide inventories delays project planning and hampers the State Historic Preservation Division's ability to perform its responsibilities.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
