Establishes an aquaculture program within the Agribusiness Development Corporation to support the business of aquaculture, including processing, distribution, and marketing activities.

Removes the requirement for the Department of Agriculture aquaculture program to undertake activities to develop and expand the aquaculture industry, transferring these functions to the corporation.

Adds definition of "aquaculture" as propagation, cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of aquatic plants and animals in marine, brackish, and fresh water, excluding ornamental species in closed systems for personal or hobby purposes.

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 for the aquaculture program under the Agribusiness Development Corporation and development of an aquaculture park.
