Increases state supplemental payment ceiling for facility type I adult residential care homes, licensed developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, community care foster family homes, and certified adult foster homes from $651.90 to $809 per month, effective October 1, 2024.

Increases state supplemental payment ceiling for facility type II adult residential care homes from $759.90 to $917 per month, effective October 1, 2024.

Clarifies that state supplemental payments include both the care rate and personal needs allowance.

Increases the monthly needs allowance supplement for individuals in foster homes, care homes, and long-term care facilities from $50 to $75 per month.

Takes effect upon approval.
