Calls on the United States Department of State to express concern over China's violations of religious freedom and hold China accountable for these violations.

Notes that the U.S. Department of State has labeled China as a country of particular concern regarding religious freedom since 1999, with the designation reaffirmed in December 2023.

Documents alleged persecution of religious groups including Uyghur Muslims, Christians, Tibetan Buddhists, and Falun Gong practitioners through torture, mass detention, forced disappearances, mass surveillance, and forced labor.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, Secretary of State, China's ambassador to the U.S., and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
