Urges the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to display a portrait of Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole in each state building, office, meeting room, and waiting area under the Department's jurisdiction.

Acknowledges Prince Kuhio's service as a non-voting delegate to the House of Representatives for twenty years beginning in 1902 and his role in securing the $27,000,000 appropriation for Pearl Harbor dredging and construction.

Recognizes Prince Kuhio's significant accomplishments including establishment of the Makapuu Point Lighthouse, Hilo Wharf, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and a hospital at Kalaupapa Settlement for Hansen's Disease patients.

Notes Prince Kuhio's leadership in convincing Congress to pass the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920, which created the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Hawaiian Homes Commission Chairperson, Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board of Trustees Chairperson, and the Comptroller.
