Urges the Department of Transportation to work with the City and County of Honolulu to plan and implement alternative ingress and egress routes for Pacific Palisades.

Requires the Department of Transportation to provide a plan with a timeline for completion of an alternative emergency egress route to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2025 Regular Session.

Cites Pacific Palisades' vulnerability to natural disasters and current reliance on a single access road (Komo Mai Drive), a one-lane, winding, steep road with a hairpin turn.

References lessons from the Maui wildfires and findings from the Lahaina Wildfire Interim Schools Working Group regarding emergency preparedness and evacuation routes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Transportation and the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu.
