Hawaii Hurricane Relief Fund and Insurance Commissioner must compile and report data on climate change impacts on homeowners' ability to obtain insurance coverage for climate-related disasters, including financial burdens.

Report must assess acceptance by Hawaii residents of the Loss Mitigation Grant Program and identify possible steps to protect homeowners over the next ten years.

Joint report must be submitted to the Legislature no later than 40 days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.
