• Recognizes that websites and applications used by public accommodation providers are often inaccessible to persons with disabilities, thereby denying them equal access to goods and services.

• Affirms that existing state and federal anti-discrimination laws should clarify and strengthen requirements for electronic accessibility to public accommodation information and services.

• Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Health and the Chairperson of the Disability and Communication Access Board.
