Request that the Department of Agriculture, Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT), Department of Transportation, and Hawaii Tourism Authority print the "Pledge to Our Keiki" on the reverse side of each State of Hawaii Plant and Animal Declaration Form distributed under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 150A-5.

Direct DBEDT to replace the current Hawaii Tourism Authority survey on the back of the Plant and Animal Declaration Form with the "Pledge to Our Keiki."

Require a signature line be added below the pledge for travelers to sign their names and symbolize their commitment to responsible tourism practices in Hawaii.

Include appropriate Hawaiian diacritical marks to be added to the pledge text, which emphasizes environmental stewardship, respect for Hawaiian culture, and sustainable tourism practices.

Support the Hawaii Tourism Authority's Strategic Plan 2020-2025 goal to educate visitors about responsible travel and foster respect for Hawaii's lands, culture, and indigenous heritage.
