Directs certified copies be sent to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, Attorney General, Director of Law Enforcement, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Public Defender, county prosecutors, police chiefs, Parks and Recreation directors, and representatives from the ACLU of Hawaii and Partners in Care.
