Requests the Agribusiness Development Corporation conduct a feasibility study on co-locating desalination plants with hydroelectric power plants in West and South Maui

Co-location allows desalination plants to use hydroelectric facilities' cooling water as a source and share discharge and intake facilities to reduce costs for both water desalination and power generation

Study should address how shared infrastructure in dry areas like West and South Maui could increase drinking water and irrigation water supply while lowering operational costs

Requires the Agribusiness Development Corporation to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Agribusiness Development Corporation
