Requests the United States Attorney for the District of Hawaii and the Prosecuting Attorney of the City and County of Honolulu to prosecute all criminal cases within designated Weed and Seed sites in Hawaii.

Identifies three Weed and Seed sites in Hawaii: Site 1 (Kalihi-Palama-Chinatown-Ala Moana-Sheridan), Site 2 (Waipahu), and Site 3 (Ewa Beach-Ewa).

Covers cases involving drug-related crimes, burglary, assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass in the first degree within the designated areas.

Authorizes the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney to seek geographic restrictions from judges that temporarily prohibit defendants from entering applicable Weed and Seed sites.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the United States Attorney for the District of Hawaii, the Prosecuting Attorney of the City and County of Honolulu, and the Chief of the Honolulu Police Department.
