Urges the United States Congress to support continued funding of the Affordable Connectivity Program to ensure low-income households in Hawaii can access vital online services and resources.

Eligible households on qualifying tribal lands receive up to $75 per month discount for broadband services, while other eligible households receive up to $30 per month.

Eligible households may receive a one-time $100 discount to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers.

Program provides funding to Hawaii for developing broadband infrastructure, providing devices to residents, and promoting technology adoption in underserved areas.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the President of the United States, Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
