Urges the Department of Health to require wastewater treatment plants to test sewage sludge and residual materials for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Urges the Department of Health to adopt administrative rules for safe disposal and sequestration of sewage sludge and residual materials containing any amount of PFAS.

Urges the Department of Health to prohibit permit issuance or renewal if PFAS is detected in sewage sludge or residual material on agricultural land, areas with drainage tiles, areas draining into state waters, or in 500-year floodplains.

Urges the Governor to support the Department of Health's actions on PFAS monitoring and management.
