Amends the Rules of the Senate by adding Senate Rule 92 to require each member to plant at least one food tree on state land during their elected term.

Requires members to obtain prior approval from the appropriate state agency before planting the tree.

Defines "food tree" as a tree that is cultivated or managed for the tree's edible products.

Requests that each state agency help identify specific lands within each state legislative district appropriate for planting food trees.

Takes effect upon adoption of the resolution and aligns with Hawaii State Planning Act objectives to expand the state's agricultural base and increase food self-sufficiency.
