• Requests the Department of Health to prohibit discriminatory practices that deny persons with disabilities full and equal access to information technology used by public accommodations, including websites and mobile applications.

• Addresses the problem that websites and applications operated by public accommodation providers are often inaccessible to and unusable by persons with disabilities, resulting in denial of equal access to services and facilities.

• Affirms that access to and usable information and communication technology is essential for equal enjoyment of goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations at places of public accommodation.

• Directs that certified copies be transmitted to the Director of Health and the Chairperson of the Disability and Communication Access Board.
