Urges the Department of Education, University of Hawaii Community Colleges, and Hawaii P-20 to develop clear pathways enabling students to seamlessly transition from Department of Education Career and Technical Education Academies to University of Hawaii Community College career and technical education programs.

Requests Hawaii P-20 assist with backwards-mapping pathways from available jobs through various education levels and help students identify points at which they become qualified for available positions.

Directs the Department of Education and University of Hawaii to publish the developed pathways on their respective websites.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education, Vice President for Community Colleges of the University of Hawaii, and Executive Director of Hawaii P-20.
