Requires submission of the inventory and maps to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2025 Regular Session.

Identifies R-1 water as recycled wastewater that has undergone oxidation, filtration, and disinfection for potential reuse in agriculture, landscaping, and firefighting.
