Requests all branches of the United States military to display the Hawaiian flag on all U.S. military reservations and military training facilities in Hawaii.

Notes that the Hawaiian flag, adopted in 1845, has been used by the Kingdom, Protectorate, Republic, Territory, and State of Hawaii and carries symbolism representing the State's islands, ocean, culture, values, and history.

Recognizes that Hawaii hosts over 300,000 U.S. military personnel across more than 11 military reservations and training facilities.

Cites the July 15, 2020 Department of Defense memorandum by then-Secretary of Defense Mark Esper authorizing public display of state flags in all DoD workplaces.

Directs certified copies be sent to the President, Secretary of Defense, Pacific Fleet Commander, Pacific Air Forces Commander, Army Pacific Commander, DoD Adjutant General, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
