• Urges the governments of Turkey and Iraq to recognize the genocide against Assyrians and provide scholars access to historical archives and relevant documents, aligning with a European Parliament resolution on the matter.

• Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, U.S. Secretary of State, President of Turkey, President of Iraq, and the International Association of Genocide Scholars.
