Urges the Governor to direct the Department of Health and Department of Human Services to collaborate with 340B hospitals, federally qualified health centers, community pharmacies, and stakeholders to ensure continued access to affordable medications for underserved populations in Hawaii.

Requests state agencies work with pharmaceutical companies to prevent them from implementing restrictions that undermine the ability of 340B participating hospitals and health centers to serve their patients and communities.

Calls on Hawaii's congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies to monitor pharmaceutical company actions that restrict access to 340B drugs and take appropriate legislative or regulatory action to protect the 340B Drug Pricing Program's integrity.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Department of Health Director, Department of Human Services Director, Hawaii's congressional delegation, Health Resources and Services Administration, and Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services.
