• Educational program must inform people which personal activities, habits, and lifestyle choices create the greatest contribution to an individual's carbon footprint.

• Educational program must utilize printed fliers as a distribution method.

• Commission is requested to coordinate with the Department of Health in implementing the educational program.

• Certified copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to the co-chairs and members of the Hawai'i Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission.
