• Appropriates $1,069,797 in general funds, $341,845 in special funds, $15,363 in federal funds, and $24,683 in other funds for FY 2025-2026, plus $2,350,494 in general funds, $751,349 in special funds, $33,789 in federal funds, and $54,590 in other funds for FY 2026-2027 to fund collective bargaining cost items for bargaining unit (2) employees statewide.

• Allocates $563,460 in general funds for FY 2025-2026 and $1,237,258 for FY 2026-2027 specifically for Department of Education employees within the bargaining agreement.

• Appropriates $2,501 in general funds for FY 2025-2026 and $5,532 for FY 2026-2027 to the judiciary for collective bargaining cost items.
