Appropriates $2,480,509 from general revenues to the Department of Accounting and General Services for an interdepartmental transfer to the Department of Law Enforcement for personnel costs including payroll and fringe benefits in fiscal year 2024-2025.

Appropriates $4,673,616 from general revenues to the Judiciary for an interdepartmental transfer to the Department of Law Enforcement for personnel costs including payroll and fringe benefits in fiscal year 2024-2025.

Appropriates $7,154,125 from interdepartmental transfer funds to the Department of Law Enforcement for personnel costs including payroll and fringe benefits in fiscal year 2024-2025.

Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling for fiscal year 2024-2025 has been exceeded by $38,885,954 and will be further exceeded by $7,154,125 due to this Act.

Addresses a critical funding shortage for fringe benefits of Department of Law Enforcement personnel that were not included in earlier appropriations for interdepartmental transfers.
