Directs the Office of Wellness and Resilience to collaborate with the Department of Human Services to design, administer, and implement a trauma-informed care organizational assessment and training program for child welfare services branch staff, either directly or by contract.

Requires the program to include an evidence-based assessment tool for evaluating current policies and procedures in serving trauma-affected children and families.

Requires the program to include an evidence-based assessment tool measuring worker well-being, including effects of vicarious trauma, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout on child welfare staff.

Mandates a training curriculum that establishes trained trainers, provides branch-wide trauma-informed care training with ongoing technical assistance, specialized supervisor training, and consultation from a child welfare services expert.

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to implement the program; takes effect December 31, 2050.
