Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 46-20.1(b) to require counties to accept sewer transmission lines and sewerage facilities servicing Hawaiian Home Lands within 60 days of receiving a completed maintenance request application.

Applies to sewer lines existing before July 7, 2014 that are brought into compliance with environmental laws, rules, and regulations by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.

Maintains existing requirement that sewer transmission lines and facilities completed after July 7, 2014 must comply with all applicable federal, state, and county environmental, design, and construction requirements before county acceptance.

Replaces the phrase "prior to" with "before" in the statute for consistency in language regarding compliance requirements.

Takes effect upon approval.
