Establishes a community fuels reduction project to be administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources to reduce hazardous wildfire fuels on state lands adjacent to communities.

Project shall create firebreaks along undeveloped state properties bordering developed parcels by removing flammable vegetation within 30 feet, reduce flammable grasses through managed grazing, and provide water infrastructure for grazing and fire suppression.

Department of Land and Natural Resources must submit annual reports to the legislature no later than 20 days prior to the regular session convening beginning in 2026.

Appropriates unspecified funds (amount blank in text) for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the division of forestry and wildlife for the community fuels reduction project.

Requires the community fuels reduction project to be established as a separate line item in the department's budget beginning fiscal year 2027-2028 and thereafter.
