Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 803-37 to require law enforcement officers to post notice after conducting a warranted or warrantless search of a house, store, or other building.

Notice of search must include the report number, date, time, reason for entering, and office contact number for at least one officer involved in the search.

Requires officers to secure any entrances used during a warranted or warrantless search upon completion of the search.

Authorizes courts to allow officers to obtain technical assistance from individuals or entities (in-state or out-of-state) to examine electronic devices or storage media designated in search warrants, provided the officer submits a sworn statement certifying the reliability and qualifications of the assistants.

Takes effect upon approval.
