• Restricts attorney communications to the board only, except when requesting materials directly from owners; prohibits attorneys from billing unit owners directly.

• Requires detailed billing statements from attorneys showing hourly rates, task descriptions, hours expended, charges per task, total amount due, and payment due date.

• Mandates that notice of default and intention to foreclose must give unit owners 30 days to respond after service of notice.

• Takes effect July 1, 2025.
