Requires the Department of Education to provide and disseminate information about its bullying procedures to students, parents, principals, teachers, staff, and the general public.

Mandates that principals, teachers, and staff distribute the Department's bullying procedures to students through various forms, including posting information prominently at schools and school functions.

Defines "bullying procedures" as procedures to identify, report, and respond to bullying, and to provide comfort and safety to victims of bullying.

Specifies that bullying procedures do not include medical treatment training for mental health conditions resulting from bullying.

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
