Appropriates $2,500,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2025-2026 to address infrastructure issues at Manele Small Boat Harbor on Lanai.

Funds will support a structural engineering analysis to assess the integrity of the harbor's infrastructure, which has been affected by water main breaks and potential climate-related impacts.

Provides funding for planning, design, and construction of repairs and improvements to the harbor's water line system.

Supports reopening of a closed section of roadway at the harbor that was indefinitely closed due to water main breaks and hazardous traffic conditions.

Funds will be expended by the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, with the Act taking effect July 1, 2025.
