Require the Department of Agriculture to use consistent units of measurement in public reports on quantities of restricted use pesticides used.

Expand pesticide buffer zones from 100 feet to one-half mile (2,640 feet) around schools during normal school hours, effective January 1, 2025.

Establish a one-half mile buffer zone around state and county public parks where restricted use pesticides cannot be applied.

Exempt whole structure fumigation from buffer zone requirements.

Apply the more restrictive provision if the buffer zone requirements conflict with pesticide label instructions.
