Requires development and maintenance of a publicly accessible graduate outcomes dashboard with interactive filtering tools, visualization charts, and resources for prospective students on in-demand careers and student debt levels.

Appropriates funds for two full-time equivalent positions in the University of Hawaii's Office of the Vice President for Academic Strategy to support data collection and visualization work.

Requires annual reports to the legislature beginning in 2027 evaluating institutional performance and workforce alignment, with data collection to begin within one year and the dashboard to be public within two years of the bill's effective date.
