Establishes a Missing Indigenous Person Alert program to rapidly disseminate information about missing indigenous persons, including Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Native Alaskan, and First Nations individuals.

Requires law enforcement agencies to determine that all conditions are met before requesting activation, including that the person is indigenous, local resources have been exhausted, circumstances are unexplained or suspicious, the person may be in peril or with a dangerous person, and public information could assist in safe recovery.

Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to activate alerts through be-on-the-lookout notices, electronic flyers, changeable message signs, and the Wireless Emergency Alerts System when conditions are met.

Encourages but does not require radio, television, cable, and satellite systems to cooperate in disseminating alert information.

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to establish and operate the program, effective July 1, 2025.
