Appropriates general revenue funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Department of Human Services to contract with a non-profit specializing in domestic violence services.

Non-profit shall provide specialized domestic violence training to all child welfare services branch staff, differentiated by function including intake, assessment, case management, and permanency roles.

Non-profit shall provide on-site staff to work in child welfare services branch offices to conduct joint case planning and support screening for and addressing domestic violence within cases.

Requires creation of a tracking system to monitor domestic violence cases, report on specialized services offered and used, and track case dispositions to inform service delivery policies.

Effective July 1, 3000.
