Creates an expedited administrative process allowing property owners to apply to the Director of Law Enforcement to remove unauthorized occupants (squatters) from residential or commercial property without going through traditional eviction proceedings

Requires property owners to submit a sworn application with a fee, attesting that the occupant has no permission, is not a former tenant, is not an immediate family member, and that no litigation is pending regarding the property

Establishes criminal trespasser property damage as a class C felony (first degree) when damage exceeds $1,000 and as a misdemeanor (second degree) when damage exceeds $100, applicable to unauthorized occupants who intentionally damage property

Creates new misdemeanor offense for presenting false documents purporting to convey real property rights and a class C felony for fraudulently listing or advertising residential property for sale or rent without owner permission

Provides wrongfully removed persons a two-year window to file civil suits for damages including attorney fees, while property owners must indemnify the State for good faith actions taken based on their applications
