Clarifies that supportive services payments under the supportive housing pilot program shall not exceed $800 per unit per month, removing language about federal Medicaid fund matching.

Authorizes the statewide office on homelessness and housing solutions to administer supportive services payments for employment, mental health, substance abuse, counseling, and daily living activities to help program residents retain housing.

Exempts the statewide office from competitive bidding requirements under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapters 103D and 103F when selecting nonprofit organizations to administer supportive services payments.

Extends the sunset date for the supportive housing pilot program from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2030.

Takes effect on June 29, 2025.
