Establishes an Oral Health Task Force within the Department of Health to review oral health status data in Hawaii and make recommendations to improve the State's oral health infrastructure.

Task Force shall review Hawaii's oral health program functions, analyze systemic issues in oral health services, develop an oral health strategic blueprint with goals and objectives, and facilitate discussions among key stakeholders.

Task Force membership consists of 21 representatives from state agencies, universities, county governments, professional associations, community advocates, and the private dental practice community.

Task Force shall submit an interim report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2026 regular session and a final report no later than twenty days prior to the 2028 regular session; task force ceases to exist on June 30, 2028.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to contract with a consultant to facilitate the task force's work and to establish a temporary Program Specialist V position within the Family Health Services Division of the Department of Health.
