Authorizes the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center to transmit all expungement orders to the Judiciary solely for sealing purposes.

Requires expungement orders to include both the court case number and arrest number associated with the offense.

Courts must seal or remove expungement-related files and information from publicly accessible databases, with exceptions for cases involving multiple defendants or offenses where not all charges are being expunged.

Courts shall make good faith diligent efforts to seal or remove applicable files and information within a reasonable time.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
