Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 89-5(i)(4) to authorize the Hawaii Labor Relations Board to enforce its own orders, in addition to its discretion to seek enforcement through section 377-9(e).

Grants the board powers to exercise enforcement of orders directly without sole reliance on separate enforcement procedures.

Effective date is July 1, 3000.
