Requires county police departments to submit annual reports to the Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division beginning January 1, 2027, detailing all police stops, uses of force, and complaints from the prior year.

Police stop data must include reason for stop, search details, outcome (warning/citation/arrest), perceived demographics of persons stopped, officer information, and whether force was used or firearms pointed.

Use of force reports must document type of force used, injuries sustained, perceived demographics, officer names, whether person was armed, and actions that prompted the use of force.

Complaint data must include nature of alleged misconduct, investigation status, officer identification, and any disciplinary action taken.

Division must make all incident-level data publicly available annually in machine-readable format on the Attorney General's website and publish an annual summary report with trends and visual displays; personally identifying information must be redacted.
