Amends Section 711-1121 to clarify that exemptions from uncrewed aircraft offense provisions apply to subsections (1)(a), (b), (c), (d), and (f) instead of (g) for authorized government personnel and contractors.

Adds new subsection (e) to Section 711-1123 establishing a third-degree misuse offense for operating an uncrewed aircraft while under the influence of an intoxicant.

Modifies subsection (g) of Section 711-1123 to clarify that using an uncrewed aircraft in furtherance of a felony applies only to felonies "not otherwise listed, described, or enumerated" in Sections 711-1121, 711-1122, or 711-1123.

Maintains existing third-degree misuse offenses including tampering with aircraft identification, obstructing law enforcement or fire personnel, causing bodily injury, and damaging property exceeding $750.

Takes effect upon approval.
