Amends Section 92-2.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to allow any single member (not just two or more members) of a board to attend informational meetings or presentations on matters relating to board business.

Removes the requirement that members attend meetings that are not specifically and exclusively organized for or directed toward board members.

Eliminates the requirement for board members to report their attendance and the matters discussed at such informational meetings or presentations at the next duly noticed board meeting.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, or proceedings that occurred before the effective date.
