Appropriates funds to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT) for fiscal year 2025-2026 to acquire 19 specific tax map key parcels in Honolulu through eminent domain under Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 101.

Identifies parcels to be used for economic development and community needs, addressing insufficient outdoor spaces and infrastructure gaps caused by Honolulu's 6.6% population growth from 2010 to 2020.

Lists 19 specific tax map key parcels numbered 1-2-6-024 ranging from parcel 034 through 083 for acquisition.

Allows DBEDT to determine the specific uses for acquired properties as deemed necessary by the department for economic development and community benefit.

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
