Authorizes the issuing agency to issue one disability travel placard to applicants who hold a valid removeable windshield placard and submit a completed form with proof of travel.

Disability travel placard expires on the last day of the month following the return date shown on the applicant's proof of travel.

Allows individuals with mobility disabilities who travel to another island or outside Hawaii to use their removeable windshield placard during travel while still accessing accessible parking at Hawaii airports and ports.

Takes effect July 1, 2027.
