Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 486-120.6 to clarify labeling and advertising requirements for Hawaii-grown and -processed coffee products, including roasted coffee, instant coffee, and ready-to-drink coffee beverages.

Distinguishes between "geographic origin" (regions in Hawaii where green coffee beans are produced) and newly defined "regional origin" (coffee growing regions outside Hawaii where beans are grown and processed).

Requires identity statements on 100% Hawaii coffee to specify either a single geographic origin or a blend of geographic origins with the term "All Hawaiian," and requires listing of all origins with percentages by weight on the label for blended products.

Requires products with less than 100% Hawaii-grown and -processed coffee to show the percentage and geographic origin of Hawaii coffee used, along with "Coffee Blend" labeling and a "Contains:" list showing percentages of each origin.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
