Appropriates $4,974,040 for fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for equipment for the Oahu branch of the Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement.

Funds include two maritime enforcement patrol vessels ($800,000), two patrol watercrafts ($50,000), thirty-two police marked patrol vehicles ($3,040,000), and associated emergency equipment for all vessels and vehicles.

Provides equipment to support enforcement of herbivore fishing rules adopted in December 2023, which protect herbivorous fish populations critical to coral reef health and recovery on Oahu reefs.

Includes surveillance and detection technology such as thirty-two night-vision devices ($128,000), thirty-two drones ($128,000), six mobile surveillance trailers ($215,640 annually), and license plate recognition camera systems ($48,000).

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
