Caps Hawaii's minimum wage at $15.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2026, eliminating the previously scheduled increases to $16.00 (2026) and $18.00 (2028).

Adjusts the tipped employee wage credit schedule so the minimum wage for tipped employees reaches $1.50 per hour on January 1, 2026 (instead of the previously scheduled January 1, 2028).

Maintains all minimum wage rates below $15.00 per hour for the effective dates already established (ranging from $6.25 in 2003 to $14.00 in 2024).

Preserves the requirement that tipped employees' combined wages (employer-paid plus tips) must be at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage beginning January 1, 2015.
