Amends Section 516-2 (residential leasehold applicability) to exempt state and county lands leased after July 1, 2025, for an initial period of no less than ninety-nine years from residential leasehold law protections.

Amends Section 516D-1 (condominium and cooperative housing applicability) to apply the same exemption for state and county lands leased after July 1, 2025, for ninety-nine years or longer.

Makes minor grammatical corrections by changing "which" to "that" in both sections and restructuring exception language into a numbered list format.

Effective date set for July 1, 3000 (appears to be a drafting error given the July 1, 2025 applicability date for the exemption).
